Q: I purchased a license but it keeps saying "Invalid credentials" ?
A: It takes up to 48 hours to verify the payment(email me if you want it to happen faster) and then you will receive the full version and valid credentials plus some basic instructions on how to register.
Q: When I click "Start" the mouse goes crazy and windows start opening.
A: That occurs if the bar is on the bottom of the screen, make sure the Cashfiesta bar is on the TOP part of your screen.
Q: Okay its on the top but I still get some crazy movement.
A: Make sure you have set the Cashfiesta bar's skin to "Cherry".
Q: I accidentaly selected a flash drive instead of my primary HDD, can I reset my license?
A: You are allowed 2 hardware resets per 4 months.
Q: I want to buy a license for one of my friends, how can I do that?
A: Just write his email and full name when you make the payment for the license.
Q: How long is my license valid for?
A: Unless it is blocked because of abuse - your license will be valid for all future versions.
Q: Someone managed to obtain my registration info - help!
A: Even if someone does obtain your registration information they will not be able to use it as it is valid only for YOUR computer, in such an event email me from the email used in the license so I can generate you a new unique license.
Q: Can I run CashPinata on more than one PC with the same license?
A: No, each license is valid for one computer only, you can make a bulk order and purchase licenses for all the computers you want to use it on at a discount price(email me with the specific details).
